Introduction
Chronic fatigue syndrome (chronicfatiguesyndrome, CFS) is a typical manifestation of unexplained repeated or sustained chronic fatigue for 6 months or more, and is accompanied by low-grade fever, headache, sore throat, lymph node pain, joint pain, muscle aches, sleep Disorders, anxiety and depression, and other clinical syndromes characterized by a variety of physical and psychiatric symptoms. There are many discussions on the cause and pathogenesis of this disease in modern medicine. Although Western medicine has effective drug treatment, the side effects are large and the compliance is poor. After the drug is stopped, it becomes more serious. However, the obvious curative effect can be obtained through the special treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. In this study, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome belongs to physical therapy, which is safe and effective, has no side effects, and has significant effects.
1 Acupuncture
With the increasing incidence of CFS, understanding the pathogenesis of CFS is still the top priority. Although acupuncture can improve the fatigue-related symptoms of CFS to a certain extent, it is also from neuro-endocrine, immune regulation, and anti-oxidation at home and abroad. The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of CFS has been studied in terms of stress and rhythm adjustment, but the interaction relationship is still unclear. Studies have confirmed that pro-inflammatory cytokines are closely related to CFS and that the incidence and severity of CFS are related to abnormal cytokine levels. However, whether the symptoms of CFS are caused by abnormal cytokine levels, or that CFS causes cells The abnormality of the factor, or that the abnormal level is just an occasional phenomenon of the disease, still needs to be further explored. The correlation between cytokines and the fatigue degree of CFS patients has not been further confirmed, and the immune mechanism to regulate the fatigue degree of CFS through acupuncture has not yet been established. clear. Therefore, from the current level of research, it is necessary to properly centralize the research direction to verify the research results of the pathogenesis of CFS. Although only two points, Xinshu and Ganshu, are selected by using awn needles to penetrate the Backshu point, the acupuncture path will pass through Geshu, Danshu, Pishu, Weishu, Sanjiaoshu and the kidney Shu point, so it looks like two points, but actually 18 points. Through penetration acupuncture treatment, it can nourish the heart and soothe the nerves, soothe the liver and regulate qi, invigorate the kidney and support the yang. The combination of Xinshu and Ganshu points can play a role in nourishing. The effect of regulating heart qi and liver qi to achieve better curative effect. Now the combined application of awn needle and electric acupuncture in the treatment of this disease is an innovative point for this disease. At present, it is often reported in clinical practice that micro-needling, electro-acupuncture and body acupuncture are used to treat this disease. There are many acupoints. However, the penetrating needle acupuncture has the characteristics of fewer acupuncture points and simple application, and the risk of fili-needle acupuncture on the Backshu point is comparatively high. However, the acupuncture points are flat, which can avoid the risk of pneumothorax.
2 Acupuncture
Chronic fatigue syndrome is a new type of sub-healthy disease. It was first named by the National Centers for Disease Control in the United States in 1987. Therefore, there is no record of this disease in Chinese medical literature, but it is similar to the limbs recorded in ancient Chinese medicine books. Symptoms such as not wanting to move, tired limbs, and not lifted limbs are relatively similar. Therefore, Chinese medicine classifies chronic fatigue syndrome as a disease of multiple system dysfunction and multiple organ qi deficiency diseases. In addition, chronic fatigue syndrome can be divided into multiple syndrome types according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM. Among them, the deficiency of both the heart and the spleen is mainly caused by the loss of qi and blood, the loss of spleen health and movement, and the loss of support for the heart. For this reason, treatment The key to this type of syndrome lies in regulating the qi machine of the five internal organs and promoting the smooth circulation of qi and blood in the internal organs. Acupuncture and moxibustion at the back of the five internal organs can achieve the above treatment goals. Warming needle moxibustion is a treatment method that combines acupuncture and moxa two traditional therapies. Therefore, it can effectively exert the pharmacological effects of acupuncture points to regulate the body and moxa. The reason for taking the patient’s five zang back shu points into needles is because of these acupoints. It is the place where the five internal organs gather the essence of the back. Moxa has the functions of promoting qi and blood, warming the meridians and dispelling cold. Therefore, warming acupuncture at the five zang back Shu points can promote the ventilation of the five internal organs and effectively improve their fatigue. symptom.
3 electric needle
Electroacupuncture is a modern therapy that uses an electroacupuncture instrument to output a pulse current of a certain frequency and connects the needle handle after getting Qi to stimulate the acupoints. It has a therapeutic effect. To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Pill on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency of CFS, the G-6805 electroacupuncture treatment instrument was connected after acupuncture to obtain qi, and the waveform was continuous wave wave. The conclusion showed that the combination of acupuncture and medicine significantly improved its clinical symptoms and quality of life. The adjustment of acupuncture and moxibustion to CFS rhythm disorder is one of the important ways and mechanisms to achieve its therapeutic effect. It uses modern chronobiological research methods and techniques to quantitatively measure and analyze the core body temperature (CBT), the symbolic rhythm of CFS, to master it Pathological rhythm characteristics, it is found that electroacupuncture has a tendency to promote the change of CBT with time and phase closer to the change law of the healthy group. Observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture at Shenshu and Zusanli on CFS. CFS patients were divided into electro-acupuncture acupoint group and electro-acupuncture non-acupoint group. After acupuncture got qi, switch on the G6805 electro-acupuncture instrument, and select the density wave as the stimulus parameter. It shows that the electroacupuncture group can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of CFS patients and improve their quality of life compared with the non-acupoint group. Observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Wu Zang Bei Shu points as the main treatment for CFS. After the needle is inserted to obtain qi, the G6805 electro-acupuncture treatment instrument is connected, and the direct current density wave is applied. It is believed that this method is effective and safe.
4 Moxibustion
As a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method, moxibustion has been proven to have a good intervention effect on fatigue. Moxibustion has the functions of strengthening Yang and dredging collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. After 4 weeks of intervention in Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and other acupoints, it was found that heat-sensitive moxibustion significantly improved the SS-QOL score and FSS score of POSF patients. Applying gentle moxibustion to Qihai, Guanyuan, Zusanli and other points for 30 minutes can relieve the fatigue symptoms of PoSF patients and improve their quality of life.
5 needles (moxibustion) and medicine
In addition to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, it can also be combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally to give full play to their respective advantages. Luo Junting [1] et al. randomly divided the CFS type of heart and spleen deficiency into warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Guipi Decoction group (observation group) and Guipi pill group (control group). Sanyinjiao, Qihai, Guanyuan. It is believed that the combined use of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve or cure symptoms and improve the body’s immune function. Wang Jieqiong[2] divided the patients with CFS with liver depression and spleen deficiency into a combined group (Xiaoyao pills combined with acupuncture and massage) and acupuncture group. Acupuncture took Baihui, Zusanli, Hegu, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, and Xuehai. The total effective rate of the group is better than that of the acupuncture group. Li Chaoran [3] observed the efficacy of moxibustion Zusanli combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of CFS, and believed that compared with the control group, the effect of combined moxibustion and medicine was ideal. Pu Rong [4] observed the efficacy of ginger moxibustion combined with Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of CFS. After ginger moxibustion, Zhongwan, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zusanli, and Neiguan were taken from ginger moxibustion. The purpose of non-invasive treatment enhances the therapeutic effect.
Concluding remarks
The understanding of CFS in TCM is indispensable, and its research is based on the combination of TCM holistic view and syndrome differentiation. In the follow-up study, further experimental observations will be carried out from a molecular perspective to explore the mechanism of the treatment of the disease by awn needles. This method belongs to physical therapy, has no side effects, is green, safe and effective. In addition, while treating the disease, the patient’s psychology, environment, and food should be fully adjusted to help get rid of unnecessary psychological burdens, encourage appropriate entertainment and sports activities, improve fatigue resistance, and avoid sub-health conditions. In the fourth chapter of “Suwen·Golden Chamber True Speech”, there is: “Yin is in Yin, and Yang is in Yang. From Pingdan to Sun, the sun is in the sky, and the sun is in the sun; the sun is in the evening, the sun is in the sky, The yin in the yang is also; the night is when the cock crowing, the sky is yin, the yin is also in the yin; the cock crowings to the flat day, the yin is in the sky, the yin is also in the yin. The old man should also.” This fully embodies the theory of the overall concept of Chinese medicine. This research is derived from this theory. Through acupuncture and moxibustion, the essence of Chinese medicine thought is achieved.
